If you are seeing a connection status message of LOCKED, your account has been locked by your financial institution.

Your account will lock if you have entered the incorrect credentials into an MX widget too many times, or if you are already locked out of your online banking from entering the wrong credentials on your financial institution's website.

Resolution steps:

  1. Log in to your account at the financial institution website and follow the steps to unlock your account. 
  2. Return to the MX widget and enter new credentials for the account, if prompted. 
  3. If the problem persists, submit a support request.
