Why is my account "Timed-Out"?

Connection Status: EXPIRED

When the MFA answer is not provided within the time allotted by the financial institution you will get a connection status message of EXPIRED. The timeout period is typically 2-10 minutes depending on the institution’s security settings.

Resolution steps:

  1. Complete the MFA prompt again. 
  2. If the problem persists, submit a support request
