When a financial institution is not updating your data, you will get a connection status message of DISCONNECTED. A problem with the connection is causing aggregation to fail. This is frequently due to changed credentials that need to be updated in the financial tools. 

Resolution steps

  1. Update credentials for the account in the financial tools. 
  2. Check back the next day.
  3. If the issue persists, submit a support request
