MFA answer rejected

If the MFA answer provided is not correct, you will get a REJECTED connection status message. This means you may have forgotten the correct answer or typed the answer incorrectly.

Resolution steps:

  1. Complete the MFA prompt again, careful to enter correct spelling and punctuation. 
  2. Contact the financial institution and verify the answers were created correctly (spelling and capitalization). You will sometimes need to update the security questions before you can connect. 
  3. If the problem persists, submit a support request
