Missing loan details

Some loan connections are able provide us with the APR, minimum payment, and due date, and sometimes these details are not available. Loan information is needed to calculate a loan payoff projection in the “Debts” tool. When these loan details are not received via the account connection, the financial tools will auto-populate a typical minimum payment and interest rate to allow the debts chart to function. You will need to manually add the correct information.

To add or correct loan details

1. Click on the account with inaccurate or missing data to view and edit the account details.
2. Enter the missing details like APR, minimum payment, and due date.
