Why isn't my account updating?

Connection Status: DISABLED

If aggregation has been momentarily paused, but the account is still connected, you will get a connection status message of DISABLED. This means updates for the institution have been paused. 

Resolution steps:

  1. Attempt to login to your financial institution's online banking to verify that you are able to access your accounts. 
  2. If you cannot access your accounts on the financial institution website, contact the financial institution for support.
  3. If you can access your accounts on the financial institution website:
    • Return to the financial tools and refresh the account. 
    • Attempt again after 24 hours.
    • If the problem persists, submit a support request
