Connection Status: DISABLED
If aggregation has been momentarily paused, but the account is still connected, you will get a connection status message of DISABLED. This means updates for the institution have been paused.
Resolution steps:
- Attempt to login to your financial institution's online banking to verify that you are able to access your accounts.
- If you cannot access your accounts on the financial institution website, contact the financial institution for support.
- If you can access your accounts on the financial institution website:
- Return to the financial tools and refresh the account.
- Attempt again after 24 hours.
- If the problem persists, submit a support request.
