If we are unable to successfully pull data for your financial institution accounts, you will see a connection status message of FAILED. Please try again later. Account validation is taking longer than usual. This can be due to reasons outside of the financial tools control, such as; slow internet speeds, problems at the financial institution or other factors.

Resolution steps:

Check back the next day. If the problem persists, submit a support request
