If we are unable to successfully pull data for your financial institution accounts, you will see a connection status message of FAILED. The account validation is taking longer than usual. This can be due to reasons outside of the financial tools control, such as slow internet speeds, problems at the financial institution, or other factors.

Resolution steps

  1. Check back the next day. 
  2. If the problem persists, submit a support request
