Connection status IMPAIRED or IMPORTED

If you have not entered credentials or only entered partial credentials needed to connect the accounts, you will get a connection status message of IMPAIRED or IMPORTED. Before we can start updating your data, you will need to enter your username and password for your financial institution. 

Resolution steps:

  1. Enter your credentials and to complete any MFA prompts. 
  2. If the problem persists, submit a support request.
