Connection status DISCONTINUED

Though rare, it is possible that we may lose connection support for a financial institution. When this happens, you will get a connection status message of DISCONTINUED. This means that the connection to the financial institution has been discontinued and is no longer being updated. 

Resolution steps:

  1. Search for your institution to see if a new connection is available. You may also submit a support request asking our support team to look for a new connection. 
  2. If a new connection is available:
    1. Enter credentials to reconnect their accounts.
    2. Then, perform the MERGE action with the original connection to retain the transaction history.
  3. If a new connection is not available, create a manual account to track the account. Or, we suggest switching the account if your institution offers the account products held at the financial institution.
