Status: Discontinued

Though rare, it is possible that we may lose connection support for a financial institution. When this happens, you'll get a connection status message of DISCONTINUED. This means that the connection to the financial institution has been discontinued and is no longer being updated. 

Resolution steps

  1. Search for your institution to see if a new connection is available. You may also submit a support request asking our support team to look for a new connection. 
    • If a new connection is available:
      1. Enter credentials to reconnect your account.
      2. Merge the account with the original connection to retain the transaction history.
    • If a new connection is not available, create a manual account to track the account.
