Your financial institution's website can prevent your data from updating. This can happen if there are new Terms & Conditions or marketing pop-up messages. Please log in to your financial institution website to resolve the issue. 

When you log in to the financial institution website, you may be prompted to accept new terms and conditions or change a security setting (i.e. Allow Third Party access) in order to connect the account.

Resolution steps:

  1. Login to the financial institution website to check for any notification or prompt. 
  2. Return to the financial tools and refresh the account. 
  3. If the problem persists, submit a support request
