When this happens, you may get a connection status message of IMPEDED. Sometimes this can happen if there are new Terms & Conditions or marketing pop-up messages. Resolution steps Log in to the financial institution's website. Check for any notification or prompt. You may be prompted to accept new terms and conditions or change a security setting (i.e. Allow Third Party access) in order to connect the account.
