Status: Degraded

If there are multiple attempts to aggregate your data that have failed, you will get a connection status message of DEGRADED. This could be due to website maintenance or other factors that are preventing account aggregation. 

Resolution steps:

  1. Log in to the financial institution's website to confirm whether maintenance is underway. 
  2. If you cannot log in to the financial institution's website, check back in a day, or whenever the financial institution's website indicates maintenance will be completed. 
  3. If you can log in to the financial institution's website: 
    • Return to the financial tools and refresh the account. 
    • If the problem persists, submit a support request
