Connection Status: DEGRADED
If there are multiple attempts to aggregate your data that have failed you will get a connection status message of DEGRADED. This could be due to website maintenance or other factors that are preventing account aggregation.
Resolution steps:
- Log in at the financial institution website to confirm whether maintenance is underway.
- If you cannot log into the financial institution website, check back in a day, or when the financial institution website indicates maintenance will be completed.
- If you can log into the financial institution website:
- Return to the financial tools and refresh the account.
- If the problem persists, submit a support request.
