Diagnose Connection Errors

The Accounts tool uses a multi-source aggregation strategy to provide the best possible account aggregation (connection), but connection issues can still occur and are often solved with a few simple steps.

If there is a connection error on an account, you will see an error icon mceclip0.png over the account that is not connecting. You may also see a window pop up in the case that multi-factor authentication is triggered.

To resolve a connection error:

  1. Click on the account with an error. A window will appear explaining the connection issue.
  2. Follow the troubleshooting steps indicated for your connection.
  3. If you are unable to reconnect the account, you may wish to submit a request for support.
