Transfers - Mobile

Sending money is easy with the mobile app. You can transfer money within the accounts you maintain with your financial institution when you need to pay a large bill, you can transfer money to friends in your contacts list after a night out, and you can transfer money to accounts with other banks.

 

  1. From the Dashboard, scroll until you find the Transfers card, then tap it.

  2. Choose a transfer option:

    • Make a Transfer

    • To Another Member

After choosing, you’ll be able to see past transfers within that category and make new ones. If someone has sent you money, you’ll also be able to accept it here.

Transferring to another account

  1. Tap Make a Transfer.

  2. Tap each section to:

    • Select the account to transfer from.

    • Select the account to transfer to (account balances will be displayed).

    • Enter the amount you want to transfer.

    • Select when you want to send the transfer.

    • Enter how frequently you want to do the transfer.

    • Choose a Send On date.
    • Enter a memo (optional).

  3. Use the slider at the bottom of the screen to submit your transfer. It will take a moment to process, and a message will appear to tell you if the transfer is successful or if there is a problem.

Transferring money to a member of your financial institution

  1. From the Dashboard, tap Transfers, then To another [financial institution] Member.

  2. Tap each section to:

    • Enter the account information of the member to transfer to.

    • Select the account to transfer from (an account balance will be displayed).

    • Enter the amount you want to transfer.

    • Enter a memo (optional).

  3. Use the slider at the bottom of the screen to submit your transfer. It will take a moment to process, and a message will appear to tell you if the transfer is successful or if there is a problem.
