Audience Conditions Updated September 22, 2022 20:07 Conditions allow you to set parameters to target a narrow set of users who you think will engage with your campaign. A condition defines whether users are included or excluded from an audience. Watch the quick clip below to learn how to use audience conditions: Adding Conditions: Go to Marketing Hub >> Audiences, and select an Audience. To start adding conditions to your audience, navigate to the first group in the builder and select Add an audience condition. The Audience conditions menu opens on the right. Use conditions to narrow the type of user you want to target. The more conditions you have, the more targeted the audience will be. You can have as many conditions as you need to make your audience effective. Explore the audience category options below: The accounts category lets you target users by internal and external account data. For example, you could use the accounts category to target users who have an auto loan with a balance greater than $5,000 and an interest rate greater than 4% at a competing institution. This enables you to directly and precisely undercut competitors. These are the options you can choose from in the accounts category: Account balance Account type Age of account Interest rate Minimum payment Organization The discovered accounts category lets you target users by un-aggregated external accounts. These are the options you can choose from in the discovered accounts category: Discovered account type Has been aggregated Discovered organization The Financial Health category lets you target users based on financial characteristics like spend-to-income, debt-to-income, and savings. These are the options you can choose from in the Financial Health category: Finstrong score Spend to income ratio Debt to income ratio Emergency savings resiliency The Personal Financial Management (PFM) category lets you target users based on their personal financial management actions. These are the options you can choose from in the PFM category: Active users Budgets and goals (Coming soon) New users Visited widget The Pulse Behavior category lets you target users based on their MXinsights activity. These are the options you can choose from in the PFM category: Active Pulse users New Pulse users The transactions category lets you target users by when, where, and how they spend their money. For example, you could target all users who have a direct deposit transaction with your primary competitor. Once you do that, you’ll be able to incentivize that audience of users to start doing direct deposit with you. These are the options you can choose from in the transactions category: Amount Category Classification Date of transaction International transactions Merchant Organization Subscriptions The user demographic category lets you target users by age, gender, device type, operating system, and other demographics.
