Create a Custom Campaign Updated September 22, 2022 20:07 Custom campaigns allow you to send targeted messaging to pre-set locations in MX products, as well as embedded spaces outside MX products with Embedded Spaces. Custom campaigns will be sent to users you've assigned to audiences. Custom campaigns can be set as continuous, meaning the campaign will be sent to users in your selected audience and to new users who meet the audience criteria in the future. A continuous campaign does not mean a campaign will continuously go to the same users. Rather, it means the campaign will be sent to users who are newly added to an Audience. In Marketing Hub, select Campaigns in the left menu. Select Create Campaign in the top right of the page. Provide details for each of the following sections: Campaign NameWe recommend choosing a name that relates to the message being sent. Message locationSelect the location you want the campaign message to appear. Message typeChoose your message type. What’s available to you will vary depending on your institution's implementation of MX products. Message contentMessage content options with change based on what you selected for the Message Type option. LinkEnter or paste the destination URL. Users who interact with the campaign will be directed to the link's destination. If you select Campaign is static, an image or message is displayed, and users will not be redirected. AudienceChoose an audience from the dropdown menu. The campaign will be delivered only to users who meet the conditions of the selected audience. SettingsFine tune campaign settings. Message Types Delivers a notification to the inbox within Master Widgets, Mobile Widgets, and the native mobile app (Helios). Displays an image above the user’s list of aggregated accounts in the Accounts tab. The image will appear for both Master Widgets and Mobile Widgets. Displays an image within the native mobile app (Helios). This image appears between the Accounts and Transactions cards on the dashboard. Displays an image within an Embedded Space. We recommend that the size of the image used for Webpage banners match the exact dimensions of the Embedded Space. A text-only message within the footer of triggered email alerts. For example, a user who exceeds a budget will receive an email with details about the budget, as well as the message you configure for this campaign. Whether users receive email alerts is dependent on their notification settings. A pop-up image appears in one of three locations of your choice: (Master): In Master Widgets, an image will pop up in the lower right-hand corner when a user is viewing the Accounts tab. (Mobile): In Mobile Widgets, an image will pop up and cover the entire screen when a user is viewing the Accounts tab. (Mini): In embedded Spending Mini Widgets, an image will pop up and completely cover the Mini Widget. Continue on to add content to your campaign.
