Resetting Your Client Dashboard Password Updated November 18, 2021 20:19 It is good practice to occasionally reset passwords used in MX Client Dashboard. To change the password, navigate to the login page and follow the steps below. On the Client Dashboard sign in screen, click Forgot your password?. Enter your email address, then click Request New Password. An email will be sent to the email address provided. Find and open the email we sent. In the email, click Change my password. You will be taken to a new webpage where you will be prompted to change your password. Enter your new password in the New Password field. Enter your password again in the Confirm New Password field, then click Change My Password. If your password was successfully changed, you will be redirected back to the login page.
