It is good practice to occasionally reset passwords used in MX Client Dashboard. To change the password, navigate to the login page and follow the steps below.
- On the Client Dashboard sign in screen, click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your email address, then click Request New Password.
- An email will be sent to the email address provided.
- Find and open the email we sent. In the email, click Change my password.
- You will be taken to a new webpage where you will be prompted to change your password.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Enter your password again in the Confirm New Password field, then click Change My Password.
- If your password was successfully changed, you will be redirected back to the login page.
