When you first access the mobile banking tools, you may be prompted to accept our Terms and Conditions, unless your financial services provider has updated its own Terms to incorporate the MX Terms and Conditions.

If you are accessing the tools through a financial institution, the accounts you have with that provider will be imported automatically.
