Instant Account Verification Overview

Instant account verification (IAV) is a connectivity feature that allows you to access financial account information such as account and routing number for verification purposes. These purposes may include transfers, underwriting, fraud and risk mitigation, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and more. This reduces your dependence on microdeposits or other forms of verification while maintaining the same level of security.

IAV should be accessed through the MX Platform API. Some clients may currently be utilizing the Atrium API or Nexus API for IAV. For clients not using MX Platform API, it is encouraged they move to the MX Platform API if they want to use the IAV feature. IAV is also integrated into the MXconnect user interface.
